I am trying to update the firmware on my Hikvison G2 Camera. I have successfully updated 3/4 which were the C models. However one wasn’t the C model and when i open up the virtual host. It gives me a blank white page:
Access Error: 404 -- Not Found
Can't locate document: /doc/page/login.asp
I’ve tried resetting the camera manually using the reset button near the SD card and successfully done so and reset up on NVR but no luck still the same error. Only happens with this camera the non C model.
Cameras are connected directly to NVR by POE. NVR is connected to internet and have platform access. Cameras work all fine however i want to update the firmware to latest. Anyone got some advice on how to fix
