Dear,

Not I access my camera via mobile (external network / 3G).

I have done the port forwarding, following informations to help understand my setup:

1) IP Network

-------------------------------------------------

2) Port Forwarding

Router model:
LINKSYS - X1000
*** This model is hibrid (ROUTER +MODEM)

I see the article(Reference): http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Linksys/X1000/Cisco_WVC210.htm

3) Settings - Camera (WEB Interface)

TCP/IP

PORT

DDNS

DDNS - WEB (STATUS)

NAT

When selecting the MANUAL mode and update the EXTERNAL door and save the values are not accepted, and the status UPnP this INVALID.

I think this would be the problem.

how are you trying the remote access? via the hikvision app?
Have you tried using the actual external ip address instead of the dynamic dns?

Hi fenderman, Thank you to quicly response.

I updated the configuration in app Hikvision 4500, placing the fixed IP using port 9901, and user/pass the camera.

The error below occurs:

No expert on networks but I can't see that you have opened ports 554 and 8000?

Those ports need to be open unless you have changed which ports to use on the NVR.

Edit: I see you have in your first picture. Is there not a way to open those ports externally as they are?

@Dony Vianam The hikvision app uses the media port 8000, in your case 9950, not the http port..you should not even forward the http port or rtsp port if you are using ivms-4500
make sure you are entering the media port in the hikvision app.

I had one the other day that would connect to Android through hik-online but not Apple. I found that 554 wasn't selected on the NVR nat and sorted it when I opened 554. :oh:

Fenderman,

I changed the router port 8000, but when trying to access the mobile the error occurs:

Fenderman,

If I try to access connected to my Wifi network, I have successfully!
I think you are misunderstanding...
Port 8000 is the one you need to connect to...on your router you set external port 9950 to go to 8000, so you need to enter 9950 into your hikvision app.
Just for testing, try to open set the external and internal ports to 8000 and see if that works.

As a side issue from the problem you are trying to solve - it's not a good idea to use 192.0.0.64 for the camera IP address.
That address is primarily for use as a default on new cameras that you might add to the netwwork, and as a transient address when cameras and NVRs boot up and check for a TFTP server for firmware download.
Any Hikvision device starting up would see an IP address conflict.
If you were trying to upgrade any device there would be an IP address conflict.

Fenderman,

I was able to access using fixed IP with port 9500 (this set to port 8000 on the router).

- However when DDNS use results in Failed connection

*** This set the DDNS port 9500:

Hi all,

I chose to solutions below:

1) Use APP Hikvision 4500 using Fixed IP, if the router receives new IP (Dynamic) I refer the WWW.HIK-ONLINE.COM site, check the IP and I change the Application mobile.

2) Use the ezViz app (Hikvision), he can check the IP dynamic through the camera or DDNS own site.

The option 2 has met almost all my needs.

Thanks !
