Has anyone ever used Eclipse Signature Series IP systems? Are they a good brand? are they similar to any more popular brand?

I have not seen references to them here during my course of reading numerous posts.
Looking at their 2MP products - seems like they maybe Hikvision OEM products.
A number of us have picked up the Dahua OEM 2MP starlight models for quality low light image capture, as Dahua beat Hikvision to the market with those.
