EMAIL issue, attached IMAGEs issue, please help.

I have 2 CCTV systems:
1. An NVR -DS-7608NI-K2 / 8P- V4.31.108 build 210823 that has 8 cameras connected to NVR's POE. The NVR can send an alert email itself with no problem but the attached image like Minecraft capture. The camera itself cannot send any email event test email. The error as below:

2. An NVR - DS-7604NI-K1 (B) connected to the router and 4 cameras connected to a POE switch > connected to the router. The NVR and each camera can send alert email with HD images, everything works fine.
system 1: IP of cameras is the same as NVR, just adding port eg :192.168.1.200:65001 to 65008
system 2: IP of camera is the same range as NVR and rounter.

So, how to setting system no.1 like the same as ssytem no.2 (ip of cameras has the same range with nvr) and better image, I think it could solve the email issue also.

This configuration change usually allows NVR-PoE-connected cameras to send email event alerts with good resolution attached images.

Email not working

OK so everything was working fine and all the HIK cameras were sending email pictures. Then I got an HIK NVR which works fine but shortly after my site host was taken over and upgraded the servers and now email does not work and I tried every combination of ports usernames and server name etc...
