But unless you have a switch that does port replication, the traffic will not be seen by the PC running the browser.
That's regarding G Suite user accounts, and not regular Gmail though.Found an article on limits for sending via Gmail's SMTP service. Unless you are sending more than 2,000 emails a day, it's not the issue.

Attach a sample capture file and we can have a look. You will need to zip it up.
Try pinging the camera IP address during the capture.
