Hi,
I have a problem with my NVR. When I connect a monitor I can't see anything, just black screen. I tried 2 monitors, and I tried both outputs(hdmi, vga) with the same result. I cant reach the NVR with the web interface either. I can ping it though. I did a port scan, and the only open port on the NVR is TELNET(23). I can connect via telnet, but the username and password are wrong. What do you suggest?
I can't reset with SADP tool, because it's an older version of NVR
I can't reset it with IVMS4200, It couldn't connect to it.
