ever do a Blue Iris search and turn up random cameras with real people in them?

Thanks. I am not so concerned with cameras showing only exterior views, or cameras of businesses. There's no real expectation of privacy in those situations. But cameras showing interior views of a home are a different matter.
Perhaps there's nothing to be done to fix it, but at least the attempt was made.

I already found this guy a year ago and was able to track him down , not sure if "doxing" is illegal here/US , but if someone want to write him an email, i can post his contact data

I remember a long time ago there was a blue iris forum where a link was going around with the name "fatwife" or something in it. It was an open BI server with a camera in a bedroom with a very large woman spending a lot of time naked in there.

If that is true, then the fact that he calls his BI server "Big Brother" might indicate that he expects outside viewers.acc0rding to what this guy here post elsewhere he seems just dont care.

Guys, I removed the direct links to these cams. If someone wants to find them its as easy as a google search. Sad part is you must deliberately choose to make them accessible without a password so these folks are extra stupid.

+1 here, I don't even ever expect anyone to get access to them. But man its just weird
we have one for when we tried to help a young man out on probation for having an underage girlfriend and he lived with us while he was waiting on his sentencing, oh and if you are asked to do what we did, don't do it, our home got listed on sex offender databases, we have had to deal with prison based scams and threats and now we have to deal with his meth head birth family.
