forgetting hikvision ezviz password and email

I cant remember old account details ,I so created new account and tried to add Dvr but saying it is bound to another account . Could you unbound it please . Details are as follow and photo is attached .

I didnt get any responce from Clifford so I ended up just contacting hikvision support with the details of the unit and they removed it from the account. The email for the UK Hikvision is as follows support.uk@hikvision.com.
This might be different depending on where you are from.

acount (username,password,email)

and if i open a new account and try to add the device tell me the device is added in another account
and for that reason i want a method to delete my device from the old account to added to new account
is there a method to do that?

don't bother wasting your time he has not responded once.

just email Hikvison at the region of your NVR.

and they will remove it from the bound account.
