Foscam 9821 No Audio

I press the microphone button on the IOS App and it does not activate the microphone so I do not hear anything coming from the camera. If I switch to my other app LiveCams Pro, it works fine.

once again, where are you seeing the error message you mention in the OP
 
Blue Iris status log. It's no longer there as I changed the camera to the correct type which fixed the audio issue but not the microphone issue.
