FPS / Bitrate Etc...

On to other settings now on my camera journey

Using Blue Iris should I set the FPS in the camera or in Blue Iris software, or both.

I figure after testing and playing with my HD H.264 cameras a good FPS will be between 7 and 15 FPS

Now that leeds to next 2 questions on Bitrate setting, a lttle confuzzed on what this should be.

And the setting on 4M 2M 1M and so forth what should this be. ( Inside Foscam FI9831W - FI9804P )

I know all the settings need to work together, but not sure what they need to be set at. Thank god I know how to adjust the color on the cameras, but this is got me confuzzeled.

Set the cam first, then in BI. I go one step higher in BI. (Making sure to uncheck the automatic box)

@cdtek101 Test the bitrates...if you cant tell the difference between 4M and 2M leave it at the lower setting...
