Grandstream NVR

Hello,
I have Grandstream NVR 3552, and I can't joined my reoling RLC- 411 with him.
This is recognised as IPC_122 and is not joined. The realy name of hardware is IPC_3816M.
I have a second cam MiniPtz_V2.0.1_build201701131443 who can be connected without problem.
If anybody can help me....

Have you asked Reolink tech support?

Double check the following:
IP addresses, subnet, netmasks, user/password, ONVIF settings, ...

Reolink lies to you...their cameras are not onvif conformant..
Conformant Products - ONVIF
They use meaningless terms like onvif compatible..
