I sustained two cuts on my hand & arm just LOOKing at the trim job on those tyes.
Oh, yeah.
When I cut them flush in the cases where I could not rotate the tie and move the buckle behind the wire bundle I used a butane BBQ fire lighter and would melt the buckle a bit, obliterating the sharp part where the tie was cut.

Yeah, I haven't had that issue since the upgrade by Mike......no more terrible Saturdays, no more double posts and timeouts......a VERY welcomed upgrade.At least I didn't post it twice

If they don't fix things like that in the front, who knows what they don't take care of in the back with the food they serve to the customers.
