Hell Yeah! Direct Deepstack Integration - 5.4.0 - March 31, 2021

Detection times will get slower when using another model. DS has to scan two databases for each detection then.
Even with the other database in theory blocked it is still just as slow for me at least. If anyone knows a way to rectify that I am all ears.

It's the fact that it has to refer to, read, two different databases in two different locations and scan them using the same object, jpg, twice.

I though putting 'objects:0' in the models box stopped it using the default model and then used custom only, or 'objects:0,exdark' to force the custom model? that used to work on my CPU but on GPU the : command has no effect for objects and percentage, ie person:51 to only log 51% and higher.

I use a semi colon, ";", in the models windows of the AI tab to stop the dark model from processing during the day and both models at night. Going from ~100ms during the day to ~300ms or even ~400ms at night is not a problem at all that I can see.

I also don't list the dark model objects in the "objects" window for the daytime profile. Works for me, sort of the KISS principal.

That would work because it will look for a custom model with the name : and it doesn't exist so defaults to the standard model. My use of semi colon has gone out the window since GPU has been running the show :wtf: for objects at least.

Omg can any seller publish an article correctly these days? Evga seller says he can't send it - he published delivery on the site but was incorrect. Again! The Asus seller can send it but by the sounds of it the Evga is a better card.

I wouldn't lose too much sleep over EVGA vs Asus, if you can wait a while try and find another EVGA maybe.

If you can wait then do that, maybe even look at the Tesla models, otherwise just go with the Asus :thumb:
Bought the Asus.
Actually meeting up with with the seller and he'll show me it working on his pc.
What do I need to check? Certain stress tests on the card?
How are these performed on a gpu? Sorry noob question

Get him to open Furmark for a minute or two, and then run through a single run of Heaven benchmark

If it can handle that, I'd call it good to go

Download GPU-Z to a flash drive that you own and run it on his PC, installation is not needed the .exe runs standalone. Make sure GPU-Z matches what they claim to be selling.

I used that on my pc earlier today.
Why do I need it on a flash drive and not pre-installed on his PC? Spoken to him this evening and he's downloading furmark and heavens benchmark. Are these easy to run?

Yeah, you just pretty much open them

If he's willing to download other apps and run them then you probably wouldn't need to bring your own copy of GPU-Z. I was only suggesting this way if he seems sketchy about the whole thing.
The seller has been awesome. He's coming over with his tower and will perform the tests etc this evening.
I bought a new power supply as it was needed anyway as I only have a simple 500w with no 6 or 8 pins.
Gone for a 650w +80 bronze with a multitude of connections.

In any case, I do have pay/product protection through the platform we use here.

He sounds legitimate so you should be in great shape.
