Hello fellow camera enthusiasts! I have been researching camera systems for the last 6 months off and on, almost purchased some systems I now feel I would have regretted to some extent, but lucky through persistence of research found my way here. I am very torn as to what setup I should do for my security needs but I have no doubt you all will point me in the right direction.

recommended cameras Dahua Starlight or Hikvision DarkFighter . Only use turret cameras outside. If you use an NVR use one from the camera manufacture. Or use a VMS such as Blue Iris. DO NOT get sucked into the more Megapixels the better.
