I have 3 properties I rent out on AirBNB and would like to get 3 outdoor floodlight/cameras. I need something that will illuminate the entryway when a guest walks up and record who is coming in/out of the property (I just want to confirm only the number of people who book show up and not a large party). I would like something that works with RTSP and not some proprietary cloud server, and do not want any subscription costs. It needs to work over WIFI as it would be a bit difficult for me to run ethernet through brick walls. I can't seem to find many options that fit this bill. Any suggestions?

I haven't seen a floodlight cam that anyone would recommend (that wasn't tied to a subscription cloud service, like Ring).

So far I found 3 options on the fringes of the Internet. Wondering if anyone has any experience with any offerings of these companies:

Yoosee smart PIR-motion floodlight with 1080p HD security camera built-in microphone speaker - $65
Yoosee smart PIR-motion floodlight with 1080p HD security camera built-in microphone speaker
I tried to place an order for one of these using PayPal. The day after I ordered they returned my money and canceled my order with no reasoning.

DIGOO Floodlight Outdoor Camera, H.265 1080P HD WiFi IP Camera - $50.99
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07HL3VS5J
This one has 5 reviews on Amazon that are all 1 star, so I hesitate to buy one.

VIMEL Outdoor Wireless Security Camera Flood Light LED Smart Live Stream - $229

Australian company, seems nice based on the description, a bit pricey.

Care to share a picture of your design.
Tried taking one late Saturday afternoon to share, lighting was terrible. :(
Not much 'design', really. Box mounted to wall using four anchors.
Camera mounted to box top using four nuts, washers, and bolts.
Camera pigtail run back through wall via 1-inch hole cut with hole saw.
