I have 3 properties I rent out on AirBNB and would like to get 3 outdoor floodlight/cameras. I need something that will illuminate the entryway when a guest walks up and record who is coming in/out of the property (I just want to confirm only the number of people who book show up and not a large party). I would like something that works with RTSP and not some proprietary cloud server, and do not want any subscription costs. It needs to work over WIFI as it would be a bit difficult for me to run ethernet through brick walls. I can't seem to find many options that fit this bill. Any suggestions?

Depending on how and where your floodlight is installed, you could tuck a plastic electrical box directly beneath it and mount a camera to that. That's how I've installed two Dahua cameras over my deck and the back of my garage.

Tried taking one late Saturday afternoon to share, lighting was terrible.
Not much 'design', really. Box mounted to wall using four anchors.
Camera mounted to box top using four nuts, washers, and bolts.
Camera pigtail run back through wall via 1-inch hole cut with hole saw.
