Hik PTZ DS-2DE3304W-DE 3MP Mini Dome, 4X Zoom

Hi everyone,
just wondering if anyone had any experience with Hikvision PTZ camera DS-2DE3304W-DE 3mp model. I was thinking of getting one to mount on the outside of my garage to cover my carport and driveway. The area has ok steet lighting.

Looked like a great price for a Hik PTZ camera with 4x zoom @ $162.00 usd. B&H was them listed at $ 522.00 usd. so I wanted to move quickly.

The questions I have are:
1) How smooth is the pan, tilt and zoom when moving the camera from the Android app?
2) Is it considered a good PTZ camera? ie robust in it constuction? (this would be my first PTZ)

Aliexpress and HIK site says it is h.264 but after firmware update Version: V5.4.8 (2017-02-13) it actually support h.265 and h.265+

Can you compare picture quality to some other cams ? Or may be post some images or video with zoom test ?

That is a very good price in the UK we retail these at approx £250.00 inc VAT.
