Hikvision 2CD2135F-IS Release 5.3.3 build 1505 not authenticating using admin/12345

I am having issues accessing the cameras via the GUI the cameras are running firmware 5.3.3 build 1505 I am using the following credentials with no luck admin/12345.

I have tried different browsers ( Safari, Chrome and Internet Explorer as well as Windows 8.1 and Mac OS 10.10.5).

Tried accessing the cameras via the SADP software and still says the password is incorrect, any tips? before i tried a different camera and it worked.

You need to create a strong password 1st to Activate the camera, I can't remember but the default is something like
12345678abcd

I believe its 123456789abc. On the newer firmware a stronger password is required.

Check to see if the computer is on the same subnet as the camera you are trying to access?
