I doubt that is the forum's fault. Something is probably funky about your browser or your keyboard.

My keyboard and browser is fine, works fine on all other website.
Its just here, it misses letters when typing. so have to type super s l o w

Try changing IE11 to Compatibility mode, that will likely fix that.
But will create problems viewing images.
