Hey. Yeah I read that article which is where that one screenshot came from. In terms of ezviz, I can't get the system to see my device online via scanning my network or inputting the serial number manually. I get message "device is offline" and I cannot get passed this stage in order to input a verification code.
When I reset my camera to factory settings it was all in english and I had the option to select ezviz from the "platform access" tab, I did select it and enable that service in my Hikvision web portal, but once I rebooted the cam the cam interface is now back in Chinese and "EZVIZ" is not longer the cloud option, there's a chinese cloud service in it's place and I'm guessing that's my issue. I may not be able to use ezviz now.
