HIKVISION EUROPE B.V DOWNLOAD PORTAL - is it working for you?

For about 3 days now I've noticed that the Hikvision EU download portal seems to be inaccessible.
http://www.hikvisioneurope.com/portal/index.php?dir=Product Firmware/
Despite the Chinese 3 days 'Remember the ancestors' national holiday, that does seem a long time for the site to be apparently down.
I say apparently, as the Hikvision USA FTP site was, and still is as far as I know, subject to IP address / region restrictions.

It would be interesting to hear if it works OK for others.

Tried to access it yesterday and seems to be the same today, it just does not seem to load.

It's such a useful site, lots on it, pretty up to date - and they keep some useful history of versions.

Anyone can help me? I would like to update my NVR (HIKVISION DS-7608NI-E2/A) firmware but couldn't find anywhewre.
I tried to register to hikvision.com -but still frozing at the email verification method.
I think now have an geunine ML language version.
I only found thhis: (NVR_EXX_BL_EN_STD_V3.4.0_150929). Is it good for me?

Well, that's strange.
It's still not working for me - either with a saved URL or via a result from a Google search such as this : https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=hikvision+europe+download+portal
If it is working for you - then they have put in some region blocking and messed it up.

Agreed - that would be silly. But they've done that with the USA FTP site.

Just tearing up my conspiracy theories and thinking what poor support the site has.

just grabbed the ivms 4200 client software from there but i still get video issues on live view or emaps
