Hikvision iVMS-4500 "Receiving data from device timed out"

Hello! I have NVR and IP Camera Hikvision. I also have Airport Time Capsule router.
I can go to local address of NVR and see camera, I also can see camera by external IP. But when adding it in iVMS-4500 it says "Receiving data from device timed out". I have iOS. What to do? Thanks!

Problem solved. Did not have port forwarding for media.

with hikvision cameras if you are not viewing via the NVR, but direct from the camera all you need to forward is the media port...
regardless. DO NOT PORT FORWARD the camera, shut it down. Its is a huge security risk...IPVM - -Hacked Hikvision IP Camera Map

That is not secure...there have been NVR exploits in the past and there will be in the future.

Problem solved. Did not have port forwarding for media.

I have the same message even if I try to access from LAN. In LAN I don't need port forwarding, I also have port forwarding configured and in internet I have the same message, but let's resume to solve this problem in LAN first. I want to add that by using browser I have no problem in internet or LAN, but with iVMS-4500 I have this problem, not possible to connect through port 80.
Isn't it an iVMS new release issue?
