Hikvision No sub stream HELP!

Had sub stream working no dramas on H264 then selected H265 to see what the bandwidth difference was on hikconnect and then sub stream just dissapeared! Changed back to H264 and now on the drop down tab in image settings there is no sub stream option!

Been search around the net for a solution but cant find a thing! Ive pressed the rerset button on the cams and also down a factory reset on the NVR and still no sub stream! bizarre!
 
What camera model?
What do you use the sub stream for ?
Are you trying to configure the sub stream from the nvr or with a web browser ?
 
using sub stream to view on hikconnect as HD using too much data (this camera set up is remote located/operated on a farm in australia set up with a 4G modem and solar panels) Camera - DS-2CD2343G0-I
 
A good use for sub stream !!!
Are you setting using a browser or nvr ? I would recommend trying a browser.
