Hikvision NVR remote access trouble through hik-online.com

I have a NVR 7808N-SH NVR that I am trying to get remote access to via hik-online.com. Have followed various documents online but cannot find where the issue lies. Ports 80, 8000 and 554 are forwarded in my Billion router (and also tried alternatives). Checked using canyouseeme.org

When the 'device' is picked up on hik-online it actually seems that I can only log into my router not my NVR if that makes sense.

I realise this is a bit of an open ended question but not sure what to do next. Any suggestions on what I might be doing wrong?

Your router probably has remote administration enabled, which would be overriding the port 80 forwarding.

Checked using canyouseeme.org

What was the result for each port number?

Thanks I will look for this setting on the router.

Success: I can see your service on XXXXXXXX on port (80)
Your ISP is not blocking port 80

Success: I can see your service on XXXXXXXX on port (1554)
Your ISP is not blocking port 1554 (Changed from the standard 554 - advice from a document)

Success: I can see your service on XXXXXXXX on port (8000)
Your ISP is not blocking port 8000

Try changing port 80 to something else on nvr, and port forward to suit. Should work then

Surprisingly just started to work without any changes, some forum posts said setup is a bit touch and go... Thanks for your help.
