Hikvision NVR remote recording problem DS-7608N-E2/8P

When I access NVR through web browser and click start recording, I noticed the file is saved to my computer (the path is defined in "local configuration"). I do not want files to be saved in my computer, I would like them to be saved in NVR's HDD. Where is the problem?

You have triggered 'manual recording' by clicking on the movie icon in Live View, which would store to the local location specified in the 'local configuration'.
To get the NVR to do unattended recording, for each camera set up the required schedule, selecting continuous, alarm etc, and also the required triggers for motion detection, line crossing detection etc.
The web GUI menus to do this vary somewhat with the firmware version.

thanks. so did I understand correctly that it is impossible to trigger manual recording to NVR's HDD through web display?
