Hikvision Portal - Firmware been removed?

Hi,
Anyone knows whats up with the hikvision firmware portal? All the files have been removed and replaced with 3 tools, SADP, Batch Config and MVA.

Can anyone else see the Hikvison UK firmware portal? i t seems all the firmware has been removed.
