Anybody know how to get support from Hikvison?

I bought a DS-2CD3332-I off eBay. Booted it up, reip'd it to my network, changed the password and have locked myself out. Thought I saved the password in my keypass but it didn't save. I followed the guide off http://www.hikvisionusa.com/tech_tips/Product Identification and Password Reset.pdf to reset the password, emailed hikvision us and have been been getting the run around with hikvision for the past week. I even tried to get support from the europe email following save guidelines and its like a never ending battle to get support lol. I even have the guy I bought the camera from on ebay trying. I get a few emails back saying they want more info, send it then never hear anything back.


Any suggestions greatly appricated.

Bp2008's tool is great. Keep in mind that you will not receive tech support from hikvision unless the camera is purchased from an authorized retailer ebay/amazon/aliexpress are not authorized...

I have found that mailing Hikvision regarding technical support has not been too bad. When asking them questions regarding their Windows client software and NVR recording settings they did at first want me to detail precisely where I bought the kit from. I had been purposely vague and so then remarked why should it matter as the questions were pertinent to a real issue that they could help with. After that the dialogue became much better with information and screen shots being provided etc to help with my concerns.
Might well be another matter if I needed firmware or reset help etc.
