No one will be coming close to the camera in the scene you have. You have improperly mounted the camera. There is nothing you can do other than move it. The other folks have completely different scenes with more reflecting surfaces for IR and no nearby reflective surface covering a third of the image. You are wasting your time.

Icom102, what the result of your working with the exposure and the remount of the camera?

Well i have installed a new IP system with four turret 4MP cameras alonside the 2MP turret i had up they seem better but one is very good the rest a bit darker i will take stills later and post them

Ok heres stills from the new Hikvision Turret IP 4MP cameras quite impressive i will upload ones later off the night time images

5th photo, rotate the camera a bit and pan left so you aren't capturing so much of the adjacent wall. It will help a lot at night.

This one is the best i dont understand why the other four cant match the quailty of this one at night 86.137.147.195_05_20160814003832183.jpg

The other 4 won't match because they have too much IR reflection from near by objects.

Imagine you shone a torch in the dark. Great you can see. Now imagine I stand there with a mirror pointing it into your eyes. Same thing here.

You need better placement of cameras. Do my suggestion for camera 5 and you'll see the improvement.

Ok but the camera at the side of the house has just grass surly that cant have to much IR reflection i was thinking maby they are under the fasha to much the one with the good night image has nothing above it unlike the others they are hidden under the fasha but i dont know if that would be a problem

He's exactly right. Or, another option, external IR Illuminators and use that for IR instead of the cameras EXIR. But if you go with external IR, don't have it pointing directly at the white areas. If you aim it elsewhere at different angles, you'll get some good picture. But also understand the 2.8mm's will cover a wider area but the picture is garbage. I'm learning that these last few weeks and changing everything to 4mm.

It does look out of focus but, is there anything BRIGHT white in the night photo. If yes, then there is IR reflection and not much IR reflection is a lot. I'm talking about unwanted IR reflection, you want IR reflection from the Grass! So rotate it a little and pan that left too.

This is classic 2.8mm and IR reflection night-vision issues.
