How to increase size of emailed pictures?

So all I need to change is to add the router IP address to the camera network settings, add the email configuration in the cam settings and disable the email settings in the NVR? Thanks.

Gateway = router IP

If these are NVR PoE port connected cameras - that setting will block their ability to access any addresses outside the PoE network, such as the internet.
To have any chance of communicating, the camera default gateway needs to be set to the IP address of the NVR PoE interface, usually 192.168.254.1
And to stop the NVR changing that setting back to that of the NVR default gateway (ie your router) you need to set the PoE port to be 'manual' instead of 'Plug&Play@. All other settings unchanged.

Yes, that's what happened when I tried it so I set everything back. Thanks again Alastair, I'll fiddle with this when I get a chance.
