Hello Guys
I was not able to find information on how to reset the default PASSWORD ( ADMIN)
Here is a picture of the Web interface for this camera, is this where it gets reset? and regarding basic and channel permission, do you check all of them? some I don't even know what they are.
I don't want to mess things up on my new cameras.
Please give some advice.

The web GUI, or telnet?
With telnet you will be able to reset the device to default settings.
Check your Conversations for the telnet password and port.

Apologies for resurrecting an old thread, need telnet password also. can someone advise me step by step what to do pls? i have a generic Hisun mini PTZ camera. i was trying to set it up to save to FTP (never got it to work) forgot the password. i know you can factory reset by logging in with telnet but when I try to connect i get nothing. not even a log in prompt. baby steps pls.
