I recently changed to Frontier Fios, they just installed in my area. Have the 1G plan, same price as Spectrum was (at about 200 up, 12 down), $75/mo.
I consistently get over speeds of over 900 up and down. Had 850 up once.
They give you a pair of Eeros routers when you sign up for 1G. I get over 500 up and 700 down on wifi with their router, on my macbook air in the same room as the router
