IPC-HDW4831EM-ASE or ????

Looking into getting a few more cameras and I've been thinking about this Dahua IPC-HDW4831EM-ASE, but I can't seem to find much info or reviews on it. It seems like the most popular cams around here are the 2mp Starlight cameras. I understand the benefit of low light efficiency in the 2MP sensors, but as far as overall clarity is concerned is this a model I should consider or are there better options?

Best Camera for Low-light/High Megapixels is the IPC-HFW1831E (Fixed Focus) if you need varifocal, you should probably just use a Starlight series w/ lots of zoom rather than trying to zoom in w/ something that already has 8million pixels to work with.
