IPC-HDW5831R-ZE Black screen?

Hi All

My camera just go dark and I can see a picture and date and time?
I have tried resetting it to default setting, and firmware upgrading it any idea what could cause this?

What browser are you using? Or what application are you using ?

The camera video plugins for the browsers (chrome,firefox,safari.. and others) are no longer supported for browser security reasons.

Try using Internet Explorer or Plaemoon32.

No as you can see there is a picture in the dark screen and the time and date is shown (IE, Synology, and other all show this dark screen must be the camera?)
