IPC-HFW4431R-Z - How to get PTZ to work?

Hi Guys,

I've been a silent reader and BlueIris user for a long time.
I just received my IPC-HFW4431R-Z today and have everything running but the zoom.
PTZ Controls are enabled but it doesn't actually zoom. I wonder if I selected the right options?
None of the three available Dahua options under Network IP on the PTZ tab are working.
I'm running the Camera via a Netgear GS728TPP PoE+ switch.



This has to be a BlueIris config issue, no?

no luck. What configuration is everyone else using for this model?

try using find inspect so it pulls the onvif profile...then in the ptz select onvif..

didn't work either. It recognizes the camera via find/inspect but ONVIF won't do anything.

FYI, this is not a ptz

I had to go to the camera's ip address, and set the zoom from there.
I don't plan to change zoom, so no biggie that I can't change in BI.

That "use another ip/port" with the setting of :80 fixed it.
Didn't think this was needed.
