ivs rules dont show up on screen

Hello, i have setup 2 Ivs rules on 2 cameras i selected the option AI via camera and selected intrusion and drawed my rule, but when i go back to the live view the ivs rules dont show up, however when i choose for AI via nvr they do show up. Can anyone help me

It would help to know what exact camera models?
If you are using a web browser to view the cameras, you need to enable IVS rules in the viewing window.
Also its best to use only IE.
When it prompts to install the plugin, you must accept it. Otherwise it will not show IVS rules in the live view window, no matter what you do.
