Andy mailed my $770 order to the wrong damn address. I specifically told him the correct one to mail to.
On top of this, he told me I would have my order on 7/20. We received a partial order at the wrong location (5 hours away, so 10 hours driving) on 7/24, and still have yet to receive the rest of the order. On top of this, the location that received the order has 2 hours of driving to get it to a fedEx to overnight it to the proper one.
For for icing on the cake, Andy has asked me to make all the arrangements to rectify the situation, and he will pay for them. Its not my damn problem, and I dont' have 2-3 hours to spend chasing down customer service representatives on the phone trying to get this all arranged, plus wasting someone else's time to drive 2 hours to remail a package.
