Stay away from Copper Clad Aluminum cable! Use only solid copper! Read the Cliff Notes!

No need for direct burial cable if you are not going to bury it. If it will be exposed to the sun/UV rays, then you need cable rated for UV exposure.

agreed. CCA can be used in certain circumstances (couple month temporary project such as one of those Quick Space construction office trailers). But not in your situation.

Unless you need higher end AI and the price that goes with that, I recommend the 5000 series. It’s a workhorse and gives you all the capabilities you’ll need

I would recommend the 5xxx series and depending on how many cams you have or expect to add then would say 5216

yep if you don’t need to grow your setup beyond 8 then 5208 is absolutely fine
