Wouldn't it make more sense to upgrade them all so they're all the same at least? I believe you can't downgrade from this version though, so choose wisely.

Yes, it should. The 49225 and the 49212 take the same firmware.

So the firmwar i share are also good resource for dahua OEM brands. This is the latest new one. PTZ dahua will not update too frequency, only when found some bugs, they will update it.

No way you can upload this firmware to the SD22204T-GN (2018). Normaly the firmware for the SD22204T-GN is called Mao-Themis. Anyone did succeed?

Always reset to defaults after a firmware update.

Factory default. Remember it will set the IP address back to 192.168.1.108.

Actually, I always do a factory default before an upgrade, then again after. Never import saved settings.
