Mini PTZ repair experience with Jack from Imporx

Yep, that's the best stuff to use for the outdoor coupler connections IMO.

I've been wrapping with RED electrical tape before applying the Coax-Seal. The red color helps me discern areas which may not be adequately covered with Coax-Seal and the electrical tape prevents the Coax-Seal from mucking up whatever is being covered.

Maybe a little more detail. Did you send it with tracking? When did you send it?

Didn't really hear much until I mentioned that I read on IPCAMTALK that some replacement cameras were being sent out.. That tells me this forum carries some weight.. Got a message back soon after saying a new camera was being sent out!
I think we should buy as a group and would most likely get a better price on cameras and better customer svc.. I will let you guys know when it shows up..

Just got my Camera back from Jack. Can't wait to try it out.. Good customer service so far. Wish we could find a cheaper way to ship.. I will post how the picture looks with the new unit..
