Hi, the attached file at the beginning of this thread for firmware is password protected. What is the password so that I can extract and test it on my camera. Mine is
Program Version V1.0.2 Build 201505130833
Control Version MiniPtz_V1.0.2_build201505121348
Web Page Version 1.1.1 Build 20150513

Hello there,

My camera broke when I uploaded the -12.16-IPNC_Amba_V1.0.2_build201511191322.zip file in the attachment. After the upgrade, I get a message that the network cable is not plugged in. There is no movement in the camera. can you help

We fixed the problem I mentioned in my previous post by uploading an image file.
The Huisun camera continued to operate smoothly.
Thank you very much for the help friend. This camera is worth using.
I hope to use it for another 4 years. Because I have been using it for 4 years without any problems.
