Mini-Review - 5442-ZE-S3 AKA T54IR-ZE-S3 - Replacement to 5442-ZE

I'm trying to dial in settings on several 5442-S3's and need some help. Daylight appears to be great. Nighttime not so much. Three cameras cover porches/doors with dusk to dawn lighting. Other cover areas with lighting that turns off at 11 PM.
I'm most frustrated with the cameras with all night lighting (3000k LED fixtures). The just do not have any amount of "night vision". I can see more with my eyeballs than the IR camera in the available light.
I also cannot dial in the day/night settings. My lights are on timers that adjust with the seasons but I cannot get the cameras to change Day/Night settings. It is unavailable to change. They appear to be lingering in IR longer than necessary once the sun comes up.
Any recommended settings are helpful. I've tried so many I've read here on the forums but can't figure out what works best. The night video is just so dark even with the visible light on.

Screenshots of your settings and images at night would help. It is clearly setting issues and/or browser issues you are experiencing.
