Mini-Review - EmpireTech LPR413-Z3

Yep, looks like the newer ones are at 850nm. I'm guessing it picks up the new 3m plates better?

As for your data sheet :idk: The one I'm looking at states 10-50mm lens. Are you looking at the international or USA web site?

Dahua ITC
Yeah, all I see now are 10-50mm lens. Maybe it was a misprint and they updated/corrected it?

EDIT: Well, then there's this...

The screenshot in post #6 is not from the camera in this thread, but they’re both ANPR Automated Number Plate Recognition cameras. The processing is done by the camera. In my case it pushes it to my NVR which is then able to save each event (as well as recording video full time). My NVR is set up for push notifications for DMSS to send a picture of the vehicle and separate picture of the plate if someone comes up my driveway. Again this is the LPR437 so I don’t want to sidetrack this thread too far but just wanted to show what the ANPR cameras are capable of when coupled with a Dahua, in my case Empiretech NVR

As far a the 433MHz, 868MHz, I saw that and wondered what it was referring to as well.
Which NVR are you using?

That looks like an awesome camera. It’s way more expensive than the one discussed in this thread. At B&H it’s $1200 and a special order(logged into my account…the list price everywhere is $1,800). I don’t recall how much I spent on this camera from Andie but I don’t think it was more than $700 (I could be wrong. Really don’t recall).
If you get it, post a review! The 850nm IR will work fine. Believe me the IR lights on my cam are not usable. It would make my house look like the red light district.
