Mine is due in July, crap, I don't need these extra expenses being semi-retired and the wife retired...
Another thing about home owner's insurance from my new agent (dumped my old one of 20 years since she did not respond to my requests for a check on the increase). In certain counties in TX, you can no longer get 1% deductible for wind/hail on new policies. The going rate in Harris County is minimum of 3%.
Yeah I was told that too, check on Farmers Ins., we still have 1% but on named storms it is 2%. Down by the coast I heard is 5%...
Of course this might change on our July renewal...

It is 4G but we do get 5 bars, it works, Except when the Internet is down...lol Kinda like the AT&T outage this past week, it even knocked out 911 Centers.
