Need a mini camera for home. Can't find one that meet my needs :(

Hello guys,

Hope someone can help me with this pain...
I am searching for a camera like the ezviz cb2 in shape, but that works for my requirements.
  • I need to be able to record 24x7
  • I need infrared for night vision
  • I need to be able to record on sd card without shitty encryption
  • I need to be able to extract video footage from the mobile app and from windows if I plug the sd card in it.
  • I need the camera to continue the recording even if wifi disconnects

It seems most of the ezviz, imou cameras even some cheap ones are encrypting data and not letting the footage to be extracted or simply not recording if wifi is lost.

Any idea on what should I buy?

I don't think it exists LOL.

That is a lot of asks for one camera, and be cheap on top of that.

Not even Hikvision and Dahua allow you to take an SD card out and pop it in a computer. Not so much proprietary as it is they run a different operating system not compatible (or they don't spend the effort) with Windows.

Nah, no need for it to be cheap. I was meaning that even the shitty cheap ones are still encrypting data, making all trouble to export the videos.

Well, at least if they just wrote all footage in an mp4 format or something similar...

So, no idea of any that could meet my needs?
Or maybe one that can export the videos through the app to the phone, but doesn't disconnect if it loses wifi connection?

Answer is a good IP PoE wired camera from hikvision oem or dahua oem imho
