It is anew cable.i bought it from Best Buy.now I connected with Poe injector with 24v but now it is much better but not 100% so I am getting more power supply injector so it could be solved it.You need to run new cables, from what you're describing, a cable purchased from a store may be CCA. Run new cable and you'll be satisfied by the end of the day

If I'm not mistaken, the SD59430U-HNI is power hungry. Your power supply injector should help, but then again you should still check the integrity of your wires.

Going forward, you should buy the bulk cable and crimp yourself. What I linked is 250ft. Not sure if you have any other cameras in mind, but if you are, measure out approximately how long your cable runs will be. 500ft in one buy is better than 250ft.

That's correct, if you can tell us what cable was purchased from Best Buy that will give a better idea of the underlying problem. If the cable is fine, it could be something power-related. Some of the bigger Dahua PTZ models requires a PoE+ power supply
