Answer the question ?
1) did you make the cable your self or is it premade?
2) is the cable pure copper or cca ?
3) what is the lenght of cable ?
4) what is the wattage on the POE port providing power to the camera ?
5) What is the make and model number or the POE switch ?
6) if you made the cable your self what pinout standard did you use ?
7) if you made the cable your self how did you test the cable ?
8) does the poe switch support 802.3at

AGAIN... ANSWER ALL THE QUESTION...
If you do not know the answer research for your equipment.

You need to run new cables, from what you're describing, a cable purchased from a store may be CCA. Run new cable and you'll be satisfied by the end of the day :)

It is anew cable.i bought it from Best Buy.now I connected with Poe injector with 24v but now it is much better but not 100% so I am getting more power supply injector so it could be solved it.

Best Buy sells everything from low-grade to high grade stuff, make sure you read the Cliff Notes IP Cam Talk Cliff Notes for Ethernet cable requirements
If I'm not mistaken, the SD59430U-HNI is power hungry. Your power supply injector should help, but then again you should still check the integrity of your wires.

Going forward, you should buy the bulk cable and crimp yourself. What I linked is 250ft. Not sure if you have any other cameras in mind, but if you are, measure out approximately how long your cable runs will be. 500ft in one buy is better than 250ft.

So do you think it might causing an issue for Ethernet cable?

That's correct, if you can tell us what cable was purchased from Best Buy that will give a better idea of the underlying problem. If the cable is fine, it could be something power-related. Some of the bigger Dahua PTZ models requires a PoE+ power supply
