need help with Flir (Lorex) Sercure

Hi all
I am new to NVR world.

recently I decide to upgrade my old D1 system to this one below from Costco
Costco Wholesale
(Costco because of its return policy)

I need to have live view on Iphone.
Flir secure isn't working 99.99% of the time.

Anyone here able to get it to work 100% of the time ?

Quality of the cameras and NVR is way better than the old D1

Should I return ?

Welcome Kenzo,

A couple of options if you do not get a direct reply here:
1) Call Lorex for help and see if they can assist. ( often it is very challenging to get solid help from a phone call )
2) I would look at the mobile section for Dahua NVRs and see what others are using.
