Need Help with motion detection recording

I bought the above camera and can not get it to record by motion detection. I must manually record for it to work. This does not help me when I am gone. I have set it up to record 24/7 but it does not do that either.

What do you have it configured to record to?
An NVR, Blue Iris, NAS, PC via an App etc?
