New Dedicated PC to BI4, migration went perfect! CPU usage Question..

Thanks to folks here, namely fenderman, I got my new CPU up and running for the sole purpose of BI4. Migrated my settings and 2minutes up and running! THANKS....

Question, I have about 5 3MP IP cams and 2 Foscams, on my i5-6500 8GB, only running BI the CPU usage is 55% does that sound correct? memory is 71%.

take out our video card and use hardware acceleration..make sure you have enabled direct to disk for all cameras.

Are you remoting into the system? If so that is your problem...Check cpu using a local monitor or blue iris mobile app

I am via remote desktop. I don't have a monitor for the system.

Close out and test via the mobile app...

Minimize the viewing window when not using it will reduce CPU usage as well.
