Thanks to folks here, namely fenderman, I got my new CPU up and running for the sole purpose of BI4. Migrated my settings and 2minutes up and running! THANKS....

Question, I have about 5 3MP IP cams and 2 Foscams, on my i5-6500 8GB, only running BI the CPU usage is 55% does that sound correct? memory is 71%.

take out our video card and use hardware acceleration..make sure you have enabled direct to disk for all cameras.
 
@fenderman Graphics card removed, now running Intel 530 card. CPU usage is 51%. Intel HD hardware acceleration Yes H264 selected in options.
