New ipcam not detected via router but ok direct to Poe port

It does seem unlikely to me that all 4 cameras suddenly fail at the same time.
How did you power them when you connected them to the PC? I'm assuming a direct cable connection.

What model are they?
When they are connected to the PoE switch, does the Link Detect LED light on the switch port?

Hi, when connected to the pc direct, they were powered using a separate power source connected to the 12v power cable included on the camera.

Yes the link detect led lights for all 4 on the Poe switch. I know they are receiving power as I can see the infrared leds when dark.

Not exactly sure what brand they are, model is WMDIP24-VCMOS-S if that’s any help. I know they are supposed to have Sony IX323 (?) boards in them.

For some reason I just assumed that with the specified Hikvision NVR it would have Hikvision cameras connected.
I should have asked earlier ...

I'm sorry, but that model is a mystery to me. And to Google.
