New PC Setup Guide

Hi! I have a brand new Windows 10 Pro PC with an Intel i5-9500 chip.

Is there a guide to setting up a new computer? From partitioning hard drives (if applicable), to removing bloated software, setting up services, etc.?

Windows 10 clean install using "microsoft media creation tool"
In my opinion partitioning disk is a waste of time for a BI PC.
Recommend simple configuration, one SSD for the Windows OS and the BI application. One WD Purple drive for video storage.
